2) For my second elevator pitch, I rally wanted to take into consideration the feedback I got from my first one in order to improve in the delivery of my pitch. I got very positive feedback from peers in my group in regards to the way I delivered my speech. They said I seemed smooth and and natural and liked my hand motions. This is something I focused on for this elevator pitch and I also was able to talk all off of my head rather than memorizing the majority of it. I though all of their feedback was very useful and insightful and I will most definitely keep it in mind when completing further elevator pitches.
3) Based on the feedback, I didn't change much. I more so wanted to make it feel more natural rather than memorized. I found it much easier to freely talk about my opportunity after looking over feedback and watching my first elevator pitch and looking for things I could do better.

Loved your elevator pitch! I did like your first one, but I feel like this one is much better. I strongly believe that you were able to talk from your head as you mention, rather than memorizing the majority of it. I appreciate your hand motions, and the speech was very smooth and easy to follow, and engaging at the same time.
ReplyDeleteKalie,
ReplyDeleteGreat work on your second elevator pitch, this pitch was definitely more natural than your first one and you could tell that it was less of memorization. Great work including lots of details and descriptions of potential solutions to the issue that you have found. Your pitch was very engaging and easy to watch, I was interested in what you had to say.
Kalie!
ReplyDeleteExcellent job on this second elevator pitch. This one seemed to flow better and came out more naturally and less rehearsed. This definitely is a big factor in the success of it. Overall, I think you did a wonderful job!
I think your elevator pitch was great. You spoke to the audience and conveyed your message well, you also made a lot of good points. I think teachers have it hard enough already, and when you add the fact that the majority of them are at underfunded schools it makes their job even harder. Keep up the good work you have a great idea.
