This is my Avatar, Ruth. She is a middle old(70 years old), American woman who has a passion for helping children and an advocate for making sure they all have the opportunity to get an education. Her hobbies include doing yoga, babysitting her grandchildren, and taking her dog on walks at the beach. She drives a black Mercedes Benz. She loves to read and believes it is a crucial aspect of learning especially for young adults as they go throughout elementary, middle and high school. Her favorite books would include The Smartest Kids in The World by Amanda Ripley and Savage Inequalities by Jonathan Kozol. Although she rarely watches TV, when she does she often reaches towards the Food Network Channel, the news, or HGTV. She has one biological young daughter(30 years old) who has a son and a daughter herself. She loves Obama and believes he is the best president of all times.

One thing I have in common with my avatar is our passion to seek equality in the educational opportunities given to students. I do not think this is a coincidence because this is such a widespread problem throughout our society not only nationally but globally and there needs to be a solution to this problem.

  1. loved your avatar! I really liked how you described her, all the aspects of her personal life and personality. I can totally imagine her in real life.
As you mention, I do not think that it is a coincidence that you are both passionate about seeking equality and educational opportunities to all children, we all need a global solution for this issue, and the country level or even the community level is the place to start.

  3. I think you have great ideal customer which leads to a large target audiecnce. There are a lot of people in the country that fit your ideal customer description, and even more that would want to help disadvantaged schools. I think you have a great idea, and you would never have a problem funding it. Keep up the good work.
